Spring break begins and all is quiet here. I benefitted to sleep late. Quite rare. Usually I'm rushing to get up to enjoy the quiet of the house. but this morning, my eyes are closed and I went back to dreamland.

I'm back from Montreal last night very, very late. I'll take the day to unpack all the control boxes received since Monday and to relax a bit and enjoy the quiet of the house: 0)

This page is a record of simplicity. To those who say they do not like flafla and pages filled ... There can be fewer than on this layout, 0) 5-6 years ago, I had the opportunity to do a shoot in the old port of Montreal. I love this picture and emotions it gives me. I wanted her to be the biggest night on my layout. For some reason, I wanted to print the photo in black and white but it came out in black, white and Mambo Melon ... Any coincidence! Probably that the print heads are starting to be a bit dirty. As you can see, there are several ways to do scrapbooking. My album has no guidelines and no particular style. I'm going to the likings of my desires and fantasies and it's great!

Good morning!

Here is another page of the album "100% Me." I am part of a patterned paper that I worked so the old and put more character. Like much customize printed paper, because in so doing, they like me more. The flower above was made with beautiful fabric mesh Softness that I amsuée to fray. I have then attached a large button design that I sanded lightly. I love sand my buttons! I also used the Big Shot to create a border effect "ric-rac" aur which I added some fake couture. The flower of the bottom was simply made from a satin ribbon that I stuck by wrapping a piece of cardstock. I added a small brad the center and that's all. It's a great way to use scraps of ribbon that we accumulate over time.

Good Monday everyone!

As promised last week, here is another page that will be part of my album "100% Me" designed by Scrap Gang. It's really a beautiful project! It forces me to stop and question me about things that are really important. It's a really interesting experience. The worst part is that at first I thought 20 subjects that it would be too ... Right now, I'm clean because I'm running out of space in the album hehehe! If you feel like you join us and get started in this great adventure, there is still room.

For this page, I used photoshop to make a montage of 3 images found on the Internet. Then I arranged all the lice get a 5x7 format for printing. As the picture is big, I've just attached the Whisper White cardstock for my journaling. A small piece of tape with pompoms for the transition and voila! For the paper background is simply a carton Mambo Melon I inked, atomized, stamped and embossed. I love doing background papers because it's super affordable and the result is impressive all the time. If you've never done it, try it! You see how simple it is.

Already Friday! The week passed without my noticing. Looks like spring is just quietly not fast. In recent days, it warms and it's not me who is going to complain: 0) It's a bit ugly to walk and play outside but it looks that comes with it. I think the worst is the dog that fits all wet ... There's traces of p'tites paws all over my wood floor even if it wipes it right. Cheers for the Wet-Jet loll! Hoping that the weekend is a little better and that we can make the most of the Winter Fest. The foams are eager to unleash their crazy: 0)

The project today is a cute little box all crafted with cutting Big Shot Cone Petal found in the Occasions mini catalog. On the right format, it can contain sweets, chocolates, jewelry, gift cards or certificates .... Perfect for making gifts for the guests at a wedding, a christening, a party ... Here, I went there with ease. A print tone on tone for the base color of coffee. Accents such as a button (which I sanded to give antique effect), the jumbo eyelet and a little ribbon. A touch of gloss was added to the birds for a little more brightness and that's all. I love the Big Shot for its versatility and practicality. I do not spend more!
