According To Vsepr Cs2 Is Polar

Time flies ... file ...

Good evening!

I hope you are well and that you have successfully mastered snowbanks around your house. As for me, I have no idea how I can "loader" and find holes in a zone that cries out to désepsoir. So that for this weekend, I do not know where to downright head. It may, moreover, that I do discreet here because I have no idea when I can make you go cuckoo at least until Monday. I can not tell you why in detail because I must be silent ... Small prying eyes might venture here and read things that watch them at all; 0)

Last night I was watching my spirit to schedule the next few days, I realized that I was at the point of having clone me. The worst is that I sleep all the time to keep me "lousse" for the unexpected and last minute invitations. I am sufficiently in advance to plan the things I want to cook, my wishlist, crafts, and even the activities that we want to do as a family. I even have all prepared menus for different occasions. As that, when the world shows up at any time of day or night, there's always something ready to hand without my having to spend hours cooking. Like when it's relaxed and I can take time with a visit Also, when you get a day out, nothing better than a good soup or good stew simmering slowly since the morning. There remains only the plates out and it's ready. That's the big life: 0) In any case, for me, that's it!

There, I admit that I'm outdated by the magnitude of events. This year the pot Contingency flatly exploded loll! I'm increasingly finding myself extra time I do not know where because I have not finished my food, I still have shopping to do (it makes me think that moss for that matter), gifts to wrap, cards to send, the traditional family photo session to do an appointment at the hairdresser, attending spectale Christmas Child ... Besides planning the parties, reception menus, grocery shopping, cleaning, washing ... lark! The worst part is that not everyone comes together at Christmas. Regardless of the path hihihi! Do not think that I complain of it because I love this time of year and all it entails. I am rather stunned at how quickly the days pass. I'll take a good 2 more weeks before Christmas just to be able to take the time to watch it snow, 0)

The project presented today is a mini-album I've crafted a little bit there already. I love these colors and papers. The flowers were crafted with the help of the Big Shot and a mixture of rubbing alcohol and paint shimmering. This brings a nice touch of brilliance while making flowers rigid.

A new City Council Children

The Municipal Council of the Children of Toulouse was established to enable young people to get interested and participate in civic life. Students from different schools of our city serve for a term of 2 years. The evaluation of the system by our municipality we found the low involvement of schools under the previous mandate.
To avoid duplication and take account of the breakdown of our city into 6 sectors, the City Council decided Toulouse, December 18, 2009, to create 6 Area Councils of children.
On March 5, schoolchildren in Toulouse have elected their representatives to the Municipal Council of Children (WWC).

Launch of the Observatory of Toulouse Discrimination

Peter Cohen conducted this January 25, 2010 launch of the Observatory of Toulouse Discrimination in the presence of the Attorney General of the Republic, the President of the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Toulouse and many representatives associations.

Already committed to a proactive policy to promote equality, Toulouse city intends to step up the fight against all forms of discrimination.

Tool knowledge, the Centre is responsible for measuring the state of discrimination and to evaluate the actions implemented at the city level to give players different ways to effectively fight against discrimination.

open structure, the observatory will be based on expertise, experience, knowledge and skills of partners social associations and individuals with experience in the fight against discrimination.

These partners will be divided into four colleges:
- a scientific and ethical
College - College institutional
- Nonprofit

Launch of the Observatory of discrimination

Council Chamber Municipal

Distinguished elected
Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Friends
,

In November, we received for the first time in Toulouse, with Jean-Paul Makengo, Deputy Mayor for diversity and equality, the general conference of European Cities against Racism.

was a first.

Toulouse said then, with major cities in Europe, his willingness to fight against racism and discrimination.
Indeed, we believe that cities, by their proximity to residents, their knowledge of the terrain, are an important step in this struggle.

is why I wanted, when I was elected mayor of Toulouse, integrate the European Coalition of Cities against Racism.

is why I created just last year, the board Toulouse foreign residents, so that each can make its voice heard, even if he does not have the right to vote.

is why I invited you today to launch, with those of you who wish, the observatory discrimination. A first

again.

The observatory will, to my knowledge, a first in France to work on all discrimination, not just those related to the origins or gender equality.
We want to Toulouse, treating all 18 grounds of discrimination recognized by the Halde!

The goal is ambitious.
You can not take effective action against discrimination with a strong political will. This will, rest assured that we have.

But to be effective, we need measurement tools. We need to know for example what is the place of homosexuals in the city, what are the conditions of existence and work of foreigners, what are the actions for education in citizenship and equality, how the results fight against violence against women, how people with disabilities live in the city, how the mailing address may affect the job search ...

You hold everyone in your area, some of the answers to these questions .

is why we all get together, associations, economic and social partners, universities, specialized resource centers and institutions involved in the fight against discrimination, in order to share your knowledge, compare your views, share your expertise .

The central issue of the observatory is to measure, in concrete and objective, the state of all discrimination in Toulouse.

But we want it to go beyond mere "snapshot" of discrimination in the city. I hear he also plays an alert, it develops diagnoses, it helps us to measure and assess the impact and effectiveness of our policies, it proposes actions prevention and control.

It is not for members of the Centre to decide instead of elected. We draw our legitimacy from universal suffrage and it is our responsibility to arbitrate choose, decide and vote. What I expect from you is to talk is to highlight the situation of people discriminated against is to give your opinion, is to be a force of proposal is to be constructive.

As you can see ladies and gentlemen, we expect a lot from you.
But the stakes are high.

We want to work with you to create new ways to live together respecting differences, promoting dialogue among cultures, the intermingling of peoples and mutual understanding.

I wish you good - and successful - work and I yield the floor to Jean-Paul Makengo, who will present the various colleges we want to build and how we intend to operate.

support the strike of the PARM

Since December 28, 2009 Permanenciers the Auxiliary Medical Regulation (PARM) are on strike. They now occupy the public space, Place du Capitole, in order to inform as many people their discontent and their demands. These center staff 15-approve emergency calls, send the appropriate emergency resources and guide the actions of first aid. So they save lives by taking on important responsibilities, status for a discount and a salary that does not exceed the minimum wage early in their careers. The PARM

now demanding recognition of their profession and their expertise by upgrading their salaries and integrate all staff to Level B administrative.

Their demands are legitimate, as they play a vital role in the rescue chain. Therefore

François Briançon, Deputy Mayor went to their meeting this Monday, Jan. 11 to talk with them and support them as well as elected representatives of the Socialist Party, Radical and Republican City Council Toulouse.

He reiterated our commitment to a public health service quality. "This should not systematically be the victim of mismanagement of social security, nor a desire for savings in an arbitrary manner without worrying about the needs of patients. "Beyond

PARM, it is all the hospital staff who are abandoned and are victims of a policy that seems you attach any importance to the health of French.

François Briançon, joined by elected officials of the Group therefore calls Roselyne Bachelot quickly resume dialogue and to hear the claims of these employees and those of all staff, in suffering, the public hospital.
